Butchers vs Supermarket

Its seems from the previous post that the experience and option to cut for the customer is the most important aspect of a local butchers with the quality better.

I think from the weaknesses from the butchers against the supermarkets is the clarity of prices, opening times, range of cuts. Also the idea of the all in one shop is a problem, maybe the butchers could collaborate somehow with other local stores for some reward scheme?

Above is the fundamental aspects i need to consider when designing a solution.
